Thank you for purchasing a private reading from Angel Celeste.

Angel Celeste provides custom digital spiritual readings prepared around the personal questions and details submitted by each customer. Because each reading is personalized and delivered digitally, refunds are not automatically granted simply because a customer dislikes, disagrees with, or does not receive the outcome they hoped for.

365-Day Satisfaction Support

If your reading was not prepared around your submitted questions, was not delivered in the promised format, or appears to have a clear delivery or fulfillment issue, please contact us at support@angelceleste.com.

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

A correction
A revised delivery
A replacement reading
Store credit
A partial or full refund, where appropriate

What Is Not Covered

Refunds are generally not provided for:

A specific person not returning, messaging, reconciling, or changing behavior
A prediction or timing not unfolding as hoped
Disagreeing with the spiritual interpretation of the reading
Submitting incomplete, unclear, or incorrect details
Changing your mind after the reading has been prepared or delivered
Requests involving prohibited topics such as harm, revenge, manipulation, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial guarantees, or lottery numbers

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the duplicate reading has not yet been prepared, we may cancel or refund the duplicate order at our discretion.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your reading within the selected delivery window, please first check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders. You may also search your inbox for “Angel Celeste.”

If you still cannot find your reading, contact us at support@angelceleste.com with your order email and order number.

To request help, email support@angelceleste.com and include:

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
Your selected delivery speed
A clear explanation of the issue

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to review legitimate fulfillment issues and help resolve them.
